Great Women Wear Orange
As we read about the Great Women from the University of Tennessee, we noticed a trend. Each woman recognized the contributions of other women. Each woman referenced others who supported them by serving as mentors, role models, and friends. Many of them mentioned each other. It became sort of a web that across time had benefited the University and in many ways created this list of notable women. This year we chose these 8 remarkable women, but they were not alone.
